another year, almost to the date!

Browsing through blogs and admin, hosting, ftp’s, and more. Looks like I will have to get back into the world of html & css. ugh. It’s worth it. I have also stocked up on amazing beads and plan on getting things together in time for the big shopping bonanza known as christ.mas. So far I have given away more work as presents than I have sold. I see it as making women smile and also free publicity. Nothing works better than a glowing recommendation. Maybe I have been watching too much ‘mad men’. Alas autumn is setting in and we will have notihng left to while away the cold exhaustive nights. We’re still building………

Time flies

As you can see its almost been over a year! Things are slowly ticking away with the building and I don’t think we will be finished this year, but im not going to kill myself doing it. Stopping for DD and then xmas/NY and the ensuing big freeze then more DD and then finally back, though we’re aiming to have it watertight by the end of october! Currently we are putting on the roof joists. Pretty good still!

I’ve bene randomly doing some drawings and looking at other folks blogs for inspiration…..results pending. Oooof, there are some really bad artists out there making it big! Aaaanyhoo, sure enough I will be back on here. I plan on making some more jewellery whilst in the city – the pieces I have made up here I have sold (not paid tho). Will post pics.

an update of sorts

I’ve been spending more time up north. Its been amazing & exhausting. Its only my friends and family that I miss when i am there but the prospect of having proper wireless internet will drastically change all of that. Here are some of the things i have been making over the last few months. Whilst I am in the city I intend to get my wee shop up & running again – that is, make more stuff! Somewhere inbetween all of that I have to finish my film, and start filming for the other ones……
